密室政治などが民主党の基本姿勢であることは
どうやら間違い無いようですが、

都合の悪いシナリオを隠すために
「公文書ではない」という独自解釈を行う事で闇に葬っていました。

私も民主党政権になってから何度か行政文書の開示請求をかけていますが、
丸々一ヶ月待たされてから「すでに廃棄されて存在しない」という回答をされる始末です。

行政文書は保存義務があるのですぐに廃棄してはいけないのですが、
民主党政権になってから都合の悪いものは「行政文書じゃないから」
という無茶苦茶な解釈を行って廃棄しています。
