傷病休業および産前産後、育児休業の間は、会社の規定によりますが無給でも問題ないでしょう。満3歳までの子どもを養育するために育児休業を取る場合、申請をすれば会社分と本人分の社会保険料が免除されるので、会社の負担はほとんどないと思われます。本人には健康保険から出産育児一時金、出産手当金が支給されます。
