従業員はITの問題や自分の勤務表で何かあれば、マレーシアに電話します。向こうには日本語がしゃべれる現地人がいてくれて、細かい対応をしてくれます。　初めて電話して、向こうの日本語のレベルの高さを聞いたら、日本人のオペレーターってコスト高いだけじゃんって本当に思った。
